Principal Accountabilities

 ● Serves as Team Lead to the HR Administration function. Prioritizes and assigns incoming inquiries to HR Specialists I, based on area of focus and bandwidth. Responds to escalated inquiries via phone, e-mail, or case management system. (30%)

 ● Support the administration of sensitive HR processes, including creating documents for sensitive employee severance actions, based on outlined policies/guidelines. (20%)

● Ensure processes and procedures are documented in standard process flow and standard operating procedure (SOP). Routinely reviews for updates. (15%)

● Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as HR Connect (ServiceNow) and other systems. (15%)

● Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team. (10%)

● Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)

● Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

Experience / Education Typically requires a bachelor degree and 3–5 years related experience.
