Position Summary

This position is comprehensive role of F&PA reporting and analysis and play a key role in the monthly reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting process, and work with team for improving processes, financial system and efficiency to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of reporting and forecasting, provide accurate information and insightful analysis and effective business partnering to help with business decision making and drive business performances for Dematic China.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation for the regional and global F&PA reporting, monthly performance reporting and forecasting and yearly budgeting in time with quality;
• Preparation of monthly functional reviews in all performance controlling related aspects as required;
• Work with focus functions as partner to provide controlling and proper finance support in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of specific reporting and analysis in time with quality;
• Business and functional Cost Centers cost variance analysis comparing to budgeting & forecasting;
• Implement finance policy and procedures by following the company defined process, mandate and KICS requirements including internal controls improvement and IA points close where applicable;
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet regional and global management requirements and providing the supports of company and financial documents in time;
• Other works assigned by line manager.

•   Bachelor’s degree or above in finance related field;
•   At least 3 years (Sr. at least 5 years) related working experience in multinational companies;
•  Familiar with SAP system is an advantage;
•  Good English communication skill in both oral and written;
•  Proactive and self-motivated and be able to work under high pressure;
• Strategic thinker and organizer who could lead the multi projects.
