职位描述

Specialist, China ConBusiness Intelligence team’s mission is to deliver high-quality information to enable business line to make better and faster decision. Business Enablement team, as one of the main function of BI, encompasses the functions of Resource Scheduling and Supplier Relationship management, which aims to optimize the resource scheduling and maximize the supplier performance with a focus on enabling organization efficiency improvement. 


This position is created to manage the overseas vendors which enable the success of multi-country business.


Scope: 

Responsible for the E2E multi-country outbound RFQ management, including the quotation, outsourcing and payment process, etc.;

Understand local commercial team’s requirement on the study and request the quotation from overseas Nielsen markets;

Recommend the qualified overseas vendor to local commercial team when overseas Nielsen markets do not have the resources or capability for the study;

Regular engagement with global stakeholders for business updates and seek support;

Maintain the overseas vendor pool and work with sourcing on the new vendor recruitment and existing vendor retirement;

Manage the relationship with overseas vendors and have regular review with the vendors.

Review the MCP outsourcing request from commercial team and send to CI OSD team for approval.
