- Conduct daily inventory transactions in the SAP systems to ensure inventory accuracy and provide real time data. These transactions are performed in various internal AP7 systems. The transactions include but are not limited to inventory receipts and cost center issues, inventory location movements, and authorized adjustments. - SAP inventory health analysis, coordinate with planning, and finance to initiate scrap application with supporting data, e.g. expiry, etc. Physical disposition arrangement when application get approved. - Resolve process issues related to material managements, warehousing, and production control - Oversee inventory count among WHs ( 3PL), make sure the count procedure and inventory reconciliation is in compliance with company policy and process. - Generate report to reflect supply chain operations quality regarding customer complaints, inventory accuracy, etc. Support implementing and monitoring of master data quality rules and master data definitions - Validation of the change request against master data rules (impact assessment) and determines whether the data record already exists - Responsible for data entry into information systems - Responsible to respond to business for additional information on completeness of master data requests - Respond to business with regular updates on master data mass uploads and large master data requests

- Bachelor’s degree in business, math, or engineering required.

- 3~5 years' experience in warehouse operations, familiar with inbound, outbound, inventory count procedures.

- Knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS fundamentals related to Material Master and Inventory Control Modules

- Hands-on knowledge and experience of SAP.

- Basic communication skills in English, reading and writing.
