岗位职责：

1、完成所负责项目的展位销售任务，完成从招展到开幕的全部展览会工作，负责项目的整体销售及运营管理工作；

2、结合公司资源，开拓市场及新客户，高效完成公司制订的年度业务拓展目标； 

3、建立、维护客户服务系统，制定客户服务政策及规范，并经批准后实施；

4、参与售后服务，客户需求调查，持续提高服务质量，组织项目回款；

5、整和优化项目有效的工作流程；

6、团队协作，配合部门总体发展战略，积极进行市场开拓和品牌营销工作；

任职要求：

1、市场营销及相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有三年以上展览行业、市场营销，会展管理，旅游管理，国际贸易专业工作经验，具有商务谈判能力；

2、英语4级之上，良好的英语听说读写能力；

3、具有优秀的谈判、人际沟通和组织协调能力；

4、具有一定的组织、计划、控制、协调能力，较强的沟通能力；

5、具有一定的客户开发与管理能力，具备一定的综合分析能力和执行力； 

6、有敏锐的市场洞察力，具备较强的市场开拓、销售、客户跟踪服务能力。
