职位描述
Objective of job
Optimize the exploitation of short-/ and long-term sales and profit potentials for FUSO commercial vehicles in China. Develop, promote and preserve the public image of the FUSO brand and the satisfaction of FUSO customers. Define requirements for an efficient FUSO sales network. Optimize the economic development of FUSO, ensure efficiency and foster a corporate culture according to the Daimler values. Provide efficient support of retail network with vehicles, information and tools for sales & marketing of new FUSO CV.
Task designation
1 FUSO Sales & Marketing Strategy Commercial Vehicle
Develop and define FUSO sales and marketing strategies under consideration of national factors to optimize exploitation of short-/long-term market and profit potentials. Include strategies of central business units, service & parts as well as financial service partners. Define FUSO sales network standards (e.g. coverage, premises, capacity, corporate identity, processes and systems) in cooperation with Retail Network Development.
2 FUSO Sales of New Commercial Vehicles
Define sales and pricing policy and ensure the achievement of profit and volume targets. Ensure a consistent and efficient support for retail partners with adequate incentive and reward programs. Negotiate target agreements with retailers. Define new fields of action and measures to enhance customer satisfaction. Exploit the potential of fleet and special sales in the market. Make individual contracts with large fleet customers.
3 FUSO Product Management
Provide market specific input in the development of new FUSO models. Define model mix and product specifications for China. Accompany product life cycle and ensure compliance of products with national regulations and certification requirements. Ensure the analysis of total market and segments, customer research, competitor development of new products and models. Prepare the market for new models and launch them in local market. Initialize special measures and special edition models in accordance with central HQ. Ensure a close cooperation with body builders.
4 FUSO Marketing Communication
Ensure a consistent brand and product communication for wholesale and retail in different medias, aligned with DTC/M. Organize and operate sales promotions, exhibitions and product launches in close cooperation with product management. Set parameters for the implementation of marketing communication programs and sales promotion activities in support to sales targets.
5 Ordering Processing & Logistics
Organize and monitor an efficient ordering and delivery process in order to secure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to fulfil customer needs. Define and implement cost effective procedures for logistics of vehicles.
Qualification required
Education
• Economic or technical university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably overseas.
Experience
• Advanced leadership experience in sales organizations. Experience in different sales functions at central Headquarter, MPC or Retail.
Specific Knowledge
• Entrepreneurial personality with leadership and decision competence, negotiating skills, assertive behavior, intercultural experience. Fluent in Chinese, English and optionally Japanese.
