Job Responsibilities:

1. Support in implementation of key HR initiatives, Work with Business / Function Heads in execution of HR business plan / strategy;

2. Responsible for recruitment for the south region for positions within the framework of Talent Acquisition Process

3. Implement recruitment solutions that enhance the organization's hiring capability of Professional staff in alignment with the business objectives.

4. Advice and assist line Managers to implement the performance assessment program and in providing constructive feedback

5. Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/regulations and statutory requirements. Handle employee dispute or labor law related issues

6. Make various reports required and make HR related data analysis

7. Responsible for employee engagement, and organize activities such as outing, annual party, CSR, sports etc

8. Inputs for salary processing which will include employee attendance, leave management

9. Recording and updating Employee Data in HR system on a regular basis.

10. other administrative work assigned by zonal manager

Minimum requirements

1. Bachelor or above Degree(prefer in HR, Psychology or Business Administration)

2. over 5 years of HR work experience or above especially in recruiting

3. Good oral and written English

4. Ability to work with diverse group of people i.e. corporate, regional, local, multicultural would be required

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Excellent in Microsoft skills-especially in Excel

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team

8. High level of work quality;

9. High level of integrity and stability
