a) 主要职责

i. 参与4G LTE/LTE-Advanced系统架构和相关算法的研究和评估；

ii. 负责LTE/LTE-A标准跟踪、参加标准会议、与外部单位交流；

iii. 研究先进无线通信技术并产生专利；

iv. 设计并执行LTE/LTE-A链路仿真方案，基于仿真结果分析系统性能，并向产品设计提供建议；

v. 与产品开发团队合作进行产品功能设计；

vi. 为产品开发的需求及演进路标的制定提供支持。

b) 任职要求

i. 电子/计算机/通信等专业硕士/博士.并有3年以上大中型通信、IT、电子类企业或研究机构工作经验；

ii. 有通信、算法等相关领域研究能力和技术方向把握能力；在国际标准组织等机构有影响力者优先；

iii. 熟悉通信理论、信号处理、无线通信收发技术优先；

iv. 具有无线通信链路级和/或系统级仿真经验者优先（C/C++, MATLAB和/或OPNET）；

v. 具有OFDM、MIMO、LTE/WiMAX算法经验者更佳；

vi. 良好的解决复杂问题的能力；

vii. 具有3GPP/IEEE标准化经验者更佳；

viii. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

ix. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Since its establishment, Innofidei Inc. has successfully released multiple innovative CMMB terminal core chips with independent intellectual property right. Innofidei Inc. also released the world’s first TD-LTE baseband terminal chip and terminal processing chips for mobile internet in April, 2011.
