Customer Service Specialist

Reports to Customer Service Manager

Main Responsibilities：

• Order receiving, planning and dispatching, tracking, checking and filing

• Forecast and inventory management, production process management

• Sample management

• Billing and payment settlement with customers and vendors

• customer complaints and issues handling and resolving

• support the sales

Qualifications, skills and experience：

? Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or equivalent degree

? Approximately 2+ years’ work experience as a logistics specialist or customer service,

production planner, or supply chain professional in a multinational organization;

? Understanding the forecasting tools, as well as process improvement tools

? Excellent organization& planning skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Chinese and English

? Strong ability to collaborate with employees and leaders in a multi-location environment

? Be familiar with ERP system

? Experience in food importing area is preferred
