该职位将包含以下工作职责但不限于

The position will entail the following responsibilities but not limited to:

 

• 向仓库准备PDF销售订单 Prepare sale order PDF to the warehouse;
• 支持销售合同管理和报价准备 Support on sales contract management and quotation preparations;
• 核实现金和其他收款 Verify cash and other payment received;
• 同销售市场团队交流，及时发现问题，提供解决方案  Communicate with sales & marketing team to see if there is any problem and provide solution;
• 同客户协调发货要求和发货状态 Coordinate with customers on delivery requirement & delivery status;
• 确保国内运输管理准时，对内对外运输高质量，报告相关方物流状态   Ensure domestic transportation management to be on-time and qualitative internal and external  delivery  and report status to all stakeholders
• 核实出库准备的葡萄酒，交接给运输队  Verify the wines that prepared by the warehouse and handover to delivery team;
• 核实物流费用（即储藏和运输发票）和准备付款申请  Verify and prepare payment for logistics expenses (i.e. storage & delivery bill);
• 跟踪运输状态和报告 Delivery status tracking & reporting;
• 用顺丰速运安排小件配送 Arrange small parcel delivery with SF Express;
• 文件存档 Documents filing;
• 中国酒标注册和存档 和Chinese label registration & filing;
• 卫生证件存档 Sanitary Certificate filing;
• 准备物流费用报告 Preparing logistics expense report
• 其他上司或者公司管理层指定的工作任务 Other duties assigned by the team supervisor or the management team
