工作地点：上海浦东张江(近地铁2号线广兰路站)

岗位职责：

1. 负责HR部门项目的整理，跟进；

2. 协助完成人事系统的开发与维护工作，对E-HR系统功能进行提升和扩展

3. 协助完成企业微信公众号的管理。包含：日常内容的撰写，信息更新发布（包括选题、素材搜集、文案撰写等）；

4. 协助完成公司内部活动的策划、推广、执行。

5. 完成主管交办的其他人力资源方面的工作。

          

任职要求：

1. 20届本科或以上学历；

2. 有【EHR系统】或【文案类】工作经验或愿意学习者优先考虑；

3. 具备团队精神和合作精神，能和部门其他同事合作完成项目

4. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、判断力、执行力及较好的文字功底，具有一定的全局观，能够协同推动组织变革；
