职位描述
Job Title: Sale Operation Executive
Main Responsiblity:
Processing of customer services including orders management, payment collection and support of local promotional activities
Order processing
- review order frequently to manage the allocation of orders
- check/analyze the product status (or origin) before processing an order and confirm order base on the monthly availability
- liaise with Purchasing to meet customer's requested ship dates and subsequently follow up of changes
- ensure compliance with pricing & promotional policies
Collection of payment
- checking product status / availability before preparing proforma invoices for collection of payment and subsequent follow-up for prompt payment
- liaise with Finance dept for confirmation of receipt of payment before releasing instructions to logistics for shipments
- liaise with Logistics for payment term of L/C
Shipments
- coordinate / follow up with purchasing / shipping for shipments
- liaise with shipping on vessel bookings, special shipping instructions of specific customers, if any
- Interaction with sales & marketing people for problem orders, specific requests (i.e. promotion, exclusive products for certain dealers etc.), preparing close out products offers, track sales results. etc
- Handle replacement, monthly / quarterly return of defective goods, shipment issues, parallel import etc.
- Prepare credit note / debit note requisition to Finance dept as and when required
Needed competencies:
- Master Microsoft office software
- English written skill is essentia
- Speak proficient English & familiar with SAP system is a plus
Education:
College degree or above, outdoor sports lover is preferred
Needed working experience:
Similar experience for 3-5 years
