Job Title : HR Manager
Purpose of the Job
Act as the strategic HR partner to Financing&Insurance business to develop and implement HR policies to support business growth.
Primary/Key Responsibilities
Strategic business HR partners
1.Serve as a resource/consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all HR areas to support business initiatives and operations. This would include workforce planning, organization design, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, policy development, talent review and development planning, and total rewards.
2.Coordinate with dealership HR managers on the day-to-day HR operations relating to the employees deployed at the various dealerships
3.Develop competency framework for employees, career development, training and development programs (including certification programs), and work with line managers and HRM to execute these programs
4.Coach and guide the HR team on day-to-day HR matters. These include recruitment, employee disputes, learning and development needs, payroll and benefits program, and training administration etc.
Minimum Requirement
1.minimum of 8 years' experience in compensation and benefits, and with 3 years of business HR partnering and HR operations experience
2.To be successful, you must possess good analytical and problem solving skills, results orientation and action
3.As you will be leading a small team, you must have good team leadership
4.Outstanding communication skills(verbal and written) with a CET4
