Job Requirements：

- Bachelor degree or above
- 5years experience in public relations, marketing，advertising field, of which not less than 2 years in international public relations or advertising agency;
- 2+ years of agency account management experience will be an advantage;
- Strategic and creative thinker;
- Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time
- Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and team management;
- Confident and be comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis
- Multi-tasking flair; well-versed in current affairs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking is a must;

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily account activity;
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to middle and junior staff
- Review and edit all work products to include approaches and written materials
- Direct development of client strategies
- Guide team on strategic thinking and creative PR concept development
- Develop PR strategic proposals according to clients’ needs and responsible for
Its implement on time;
-Supervise team members to ensure that their performance and work product
meets the company’s standards of quality and professionalism;
- Counsel clients and develop healthy and good client relationship;
- Lead client meetings to review programs and status;
-Track project budget to ensure compliance with projections
-Submit quarterly reports on industry trends & assigned client related materials;
- Support senior level staff with various project and activities;
- Manage retainer programs;
- Manage vendor relationship;
- New business development;
-Co-develop group business plan;
-Oversee staff and team development including coaching, mentoring, performance reviewing.

1、 本科或以上学历
2、 6年以上公关，市场，广告行业经验，或2年以上国际PR公司，4A公司或国际/数字行业经验
3、 3年以上客户管理经验
4、 富有战略和创新思维
5、 能适应快节奏的工作环境，并按时完成任务
6、 性格外向，独立自主，自我创新，并有良好的人际关系
7、 较强的领导能力和团队管理能力
8、 定期的服务客户
9、 多角度的眼光，精通行业信息

9、组织客户会议了解项目的进度和状况
10、完成相关项目的前期预算
11、向客户提供专业化的报告以及行业趋势的预测
12、辅助上级完成高质量的项目
13、服务好客户并拓展新的业务
14、管理好客户关系
15、合作开发新业务
16、团队氛围融洽，并与活动部，服务部，创意部以及北京分公司维系好关系
