Job Requirements :

1. University Degree;
2. Previous 4+years relevant working experience within public relations or Marketing/Advertising Communications sectors will be a plus;
3. Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills - oriented with good co-ordination skills;
4. Good communication and presentation skills;
5. Team player; multi-tasking flair; well-versed in current affairs
6. Highly motivated, self starter and able to work under pressure;
7. Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time
8. Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;
9. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the guidance of Account Manager，collaborate with account team to
develop concepts, strategies and tactics for PR campaigns;
2. Develop and execute the projects according to the quality stipulated by
the company in a timely manner;
3. Seek to acquire information which will help and add value to the client’s
business;
4. Communicate with a variety of media and answer in-depth media inquiries
5. Write media plans and key analysts for current clients;
6. Draft news releases and feature articles;
7. Supervise and secure high level feature and news placements for clients
8. Maintain ongoing client and media relations/communications
9. Generate internal reports as assigned
10. Manage the customer and provide the efficient service;
11. Draft PR proposal and prepare initial budget for new business presentations
12. Assist senior level staff with various projects and activities;
13. Co-manage retainer programs;
14. Co-ordinate with various company-sponsored events and programs;
15. Research new business opportunities;
16. Assist with new business pitches.
17. Supervise performance and development of subordinates.

1、 本科毕业
2、 4年以上相关PR公司或市场经验，广告公司尤佳
3、 优秀的人际关系，组织以及协调能力
4、 良好的沟通技巧
5、 良好的团队合作，处理事件的能力
6、 工作充满激情，并且主动，能承受较大的工作压力;
7、 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，在规定事件内能及时完成任务
8、 Office运用熟练，精通Word，Excel，PowerPoint;
9、 良好的中英文读写说能力;

工作职责：
1、 在客户经理的指导下，和团队成员服务客户，并制定相关的公关活动的战略
2、 制定项目方案，并按时执行，
3、 挖掘有利于客户的信息
4、 和媒体深入沟通了解，并回答媒体的查询
5、 制作媒体计划书和客户问题解析
6、 撰写新闻稿和专题文章;
7、 为客户提供高质量的专题和新闻
8、 维系现有的客户和媒体关系
9、 完成内部安排的工作报告
10、管理客户并提供有效的服务
11、为新项目撰写计划书
12、协助高层执行各种项目和活动;
13、共同管理方案;
14、协调各活动和方案的赞助商;
15、挖掘新的商业机会;
16、寻找新客户
17、监督下属的业绩和发展。
