Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management reporting for each business unit's performance tracing and monitor
2. Participate in the financial budgeting processes to complete annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts by working closely with operation team
3. Participate in daily cost control processes and keep closely monitor on actual spending to ensure the approved budgets are executed seriously and appropriately
4. Support and evaluate business plans by providing analytical information to management for decision making
5. Be a consultant to business with good business sense and professional financial expertise
6. Other assigned tasks by line mgr
Competencies requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance or accounting
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in accounting or financial analysis
3. Good business sense, quick learner, good interpersonal and strong analytical skills
4. Result-oriented and self-motivated
