Main Duties:

1. Definition and agreement with department manager and PM organization (MGL) of the work package assigned

2. Responsible to realize complex engineering activities with independence and full technical responsibility guiding a small team according with the request of the Group leader or project responsible.

3. Responsible of assigned work packages deliverable schedule and quality. Follow up all the activities done by the assigned engineers

4. Disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all work group,

5. Final responsible in front of department manager and PM organization.

6. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates.

7. Request support from department manager to put in place disciplinary actions if required.

8. Support panorama sunroof business development, sunroof supplier manage and detail technical responsible during project.

Qualification:

1. 3+ years design experience. 2+ years experiences in sunroof module or panorama sunroof development and production

2. Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry

3. Experienced in styling/ Manufacture feasibility,

4. Familiar with accessories layout and sealing package and kinematic analysis in CATIA V5

5. Familiar with EUR/USA/CN regulation relevant vehicle

6. Relative knowledge on other system such as trim, chassis, E/E etc.

7. Could be suitable for business trip for project.

8. Open mind and team work with people from different cultures

9. Good communication ability in English written& read.

10. Good speaking English is a plus.
