Objectives of the Job:

1. With the request of the Group leader or project responsible, leading a small team to execute & fulfill the work package/Module/System independently,

2. Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization

Main Duties:

1. Definition and agreement with department manager and MGL of the work package assigned

2. Responsible on sealing develop activities with independence and full technical responsibility guiding a small team according with the request of the Group leader or project responsible.

3. Communicate with sealing supplier for technical issues

4. Specification creation, DVP&R tracking, DFMEA, supplier manage

5. Launch support and issue solve during production phase

6. Responsible of assigned work packages deliverable schedule and quality. Follow up all the activities done by the assigned engineers

7. Disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all work group

8. Final responsible in front of department manager and PM organization

9. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates

10. Request support from department manager to put in place disciplinary actions if required.

Qualification:

1. 3+ years experiences, 2+ years experiences in sealing development and production

2. know well of sealing development/manufacture process, sealing structure improvement and feasibility study according styling

3. Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry

4. Has experience on supplier management

5. Relative knowledge on other system such as BIW/D&C etc.

6. Familiar with in CATIA V5/ UG

7. Could be suitable for business trip for project.

8. Open mind and team work with people from different cultures

9. Good communication ability in English written& read.

10. Good speaking English is a plus.
