-Be the Project Leader to collaborate with the internal and external partners to formulate and execute the strategy, standard work and process of Service Bag and Spare Parts Inventory establishment in Direct and In-direct service areas in Greater China.

-Set up the Service Bag for the Field Service Team and Spare Parts Inventory based on the Installed Base distribution to ensure the high-quality service execution of Response Time and First Time Fix Rate aligning with the customer dynamic service expectations in Greater China. 

-Be the key stakeholder to make sure the successful system integration with the external service channel and logistic partners.

-Manage the forecast, planning, adjustment, physical check and relevant KPIs (such as Spare Parts Fulfillment Rate, Turnover Rate, OTD, etc.) of Spare Parts Management aligning with the needs of business growth by the close cooperation with internal and external partners.

-Collaborate with internal and external partners on the process execution of good/bad Spare Parts return to avoid any EHS and compliance issues.

任职条件:

-Bachelor Degree or above.

-5 years or above working experience related to spare parts management 

-Medical device background, IVD is preferred

-Good spoken and written English

-Data management on Spare Parts usage in Portal system.

-Organize training related to spare parts operation and usage.
