Responsibility:

1.System implementation and on-site support for vehicle dealers
2.Provide Volkswagen and other luxury-car brand customers with professional training of IT systems in automobile industry
3.Create training documents, and update the documents according to the change of business processes
4.Analyze the internal training requirements, organize internal training

Required Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.2+ years experience in training or automobile industry related jobs
3.Familiar with the up-to-date product and technology of OS, database and network
4.Good skills in face-to-face presentation and communication
5.Awareness of teamwork and customer-centric
6.Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7.Good English skills in both reading and writing

Preferred:

1.Experience in IT system training or implementation
2.Knowledge of processes in automobile industry (wholesales, sales and after sales), or the related IT systems (ERP or DMS)

7.较强的英语水平，能够轻松阅读英文资料，编写英文文档

1.有IT系统培训师，或实施顾问从业经验
2.了解汽车行业业务流程（批售、销售及售后）及IT系统 (ERP, DMS)
