Sales Forecast Management

• To work with sales leaders to collect sales/revenue forecast on weekly basis.

• To work with finance team and sales leaders to make sure monthly sales/revenue forecast is well managed

• To drive Salesforce.com functionality enhancement for a more effective customer/leads/opportunity management.

 

Sales Performance Management

• To do sales performance tracking on monthly basis

• To work with HR team on performance data analysis and give insights for sales productivity improvement

• To track the performance result for various sales contests and special incentive campaigns

 

Business Insight Analysis

• To provide business analysis on regular basis and generate insight to help GM understand business situation so that timely actions can be taken to drive towards business goal

• To support GM on other business-related analysis and activities

   

 

Project Management

 

• Execute project plans, documentation, and schedules for multiple simultaneous projects

• Support leader to run projects with the team from approval, collaboration to completion.

• Ensure successfully communication delivered to necessary parties involving in projects

• Work closely with sales, product development and operations teams to track action items.

• Connect with key individuals in global time zones as needed

• Responsible for regular project report and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in finance or business related

• 4+ years of sales/business analyst experience, project management, better familiar with or has the working experience in risk management, auto, medical, pharmacy industry

• Strong knowledge of multinational corp. business process and strategy 

• Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good business analysis and analytical skills, very strong competency in MS Office operations, especially for Excel and Powerpoint

• Good at time management, able to handle pressure and commit to deadlines.

• Fluent English and knowledge of western culture is a plus
