We are currently seeking a Public Relations & Advertising Executive who will report to the Senior Public Relations & Advertising Manager as part of our dynamic China team.

Your opportunity

How you will contribute

• Key responsibility 1 – Media Relationship (including ePR, in charge of *** media titles)
  • Build up a solid relations with the media and fashion stylists in China.
  • Work closely with media to ensure all samples are utilized for photo shoots and relevant PR opportunities to achieve maximum editorial coverage.
  • Work with DM magazine to achieve editorial coverage in brand’s related shopping malls.
  • Assist PR & Advertising Manager in the preparation of fashion week, seat arrangement and media reception.
  • Track on clippings to ensure sustainable growth.

• Key responsibility 2 – Press Kit, Press Conference & Event Coverage
  • Assist the Senior PR & Advertising Executive in the preparation of event proposal, management and garnering of pre and post event coverage.
  • Work with the Senior PR and Advertising Executive to organize and present new season's collection to the Chinese media.
  • Receive and co-ordinate press materials from headquarters for press distribution within China.(Focus on women’s products and *** title media)
• Key responsibility 3 – Sample (Women’s) Monitor
  • Assist the Senior PR & Advertising Manager in sample order with the knowledge of media’s preference of new season collection
  • Monitor the process of sample receiving and sample tracking in China
  • Monitor the sample status of regular media shooting
  • Arrange overseas sample shooting with different regions and arrange sample delivery accordingly
• Key responsibility 4 - PR Report (take turns with another PR Executive)
  • Consolidate and submit monthly editorial and clipping reports for management's approval.
  • Prepare internal monthly reports for regular update, monthly editorial analysis for women’s category.
  • Provide the bi-weekly data and editorial analysis of advertising titles to ensure the performance.
  • Work with clipping house to upload monthly coverage to PR Portal system on weekly basis
• Key responsibility 5 – Event Support
  • Work with team for event execution: media RSVP, on-site support, clipping tracking, and etc.
  • Work with PR assistant to prepare the women’s samples for event usage.
• Key responsibility 6 - Internal Communication
  • Assist the Senior PR & Advertising Executive in establishing and maintaining effective and smooth working relationships with other departments & stores.

Who you are

• Operational luxury/fashion retail knowledge (sales, customer care, and marketing standards)
• Collaborative team member
• Goal-oriented project management
• Close attention to detail, strong planning skills and an analytical approach
• Proficient in both written and oral English
• Be able to accept the necessary travel arrangements
