职位描述
Main responsibilities
1. To report to the Retail Managers or superiors.
2. In charge of the daily operation of store or stores.
3. To take responsibility for store staff learning and development.
4. To manage the development of all members of the team, to enable them to fulfill both their current role and future potential.
5. To apply performance management processes, (observations, discussions, actions, review), to improve team performance where necessary.
6. To identify training needs, and ensure all training initiatives are successfully implemented.
7. To demonstrate behaviors consistent with delivering the promises at all times, leading the store team by your own example in delivering great customer service.
8. Through effective stock level management, labor scheduling, training, and reward and recognition, capture every sales opportunity.
9. To have overall responsibility for all processes in store providing consistent brand standards.
10. To monitor and take action where necessary on all aspects of brand standards, health and safety and product safety.
11. To communicate clearly, courteously and effectively with all the team so that all targets are understood.
12. To communicate clearly, courteously and effectively with all customers, resolving all concerns and questions satisfactorily.
13. To openly recognize great customer service.
14. To be aware of and be able to respond to all activity in the local marketplace including outdoor marketing & directing marketing initiation action.
15. To be accountable for the effective management of the profit and loss statement, maximising store sales and profit.
16. To manage the security and integrity of cash, stock, premises and personnel through vigilant observation and careful use of keys and appropriate personnel.
17. To ensure all documentation is kept accurately, neatly and confidentially.
18. To ensure that all reporting is completed accurately and on time.
19. To attend and hold company training sessions and meetings when required.
20. To ensure that the cascade of information to all members of the store team is timely, accurate and uses all company systems.
21. To ensure compliance with all aspects of the health & safety, and product safety policies.
22. To ensure compliance with all aspects of the company’s audit and operating procedures.
23. To be accountable for all financial anomalies recorded during your period of responsibility, reporting such anomalies to your line manager.
24. Follow superior’s instruction for any new assignment/projects.
任职资格:
大学专科以上学历,流利的英文书写及口语,熟悉电脑OFFICE操作软件。
五年以上品牌零售工作经验,至少三年以上奢侈品牌的店铺管理工作经验。
出色的销售能力、具备优秀的客户服务理念和良好的团队管理工作经验。
