Job Summary/岗位概述

Responsible for inspection team’s management, assembly quality control, FIT/FAT and document package inspection and approve

Job Duties & Responsibilities/岗位职责

• Inspection team management, daily supervision of their work, develop inspection team skill matrix, Make the training plan and follow up the training plan implement, monthly and annual performance review of inspection team
• Customer-oriented, responsible for handling formal or non-formal claims from customer, including organize containment action, root cause analysis and correction action. Provide RCA report base on customer’s requirement.
• Responsible for the establishment, tracking and implementation of the quality control process, including standard product and customer order product’s spec and requirement; Provide necessary training (Spec/Inspection) to company members; Create work instruction and check list to guide product inspection;
• Identify and take actions to prevent quality risk, lead the handling of internal quality issues by coordinating with other dept;
• Monitoring quality KPI and leading continues improvement
• Complete audits in line with current company audit requirements. This may include ISO 9001/ PED/ATEX or other audit methods
• Be in charge of process and product audit according to the planning. Monitor system procedures implementation in related departments;
• Manage FIT(factory internal testing) and FAT(factory acceptance testing)
• Valvecert system management, Responsible for handling special product certification base on customer specific requirements
• Other work assigned by quality manager
• Bachelor degree, major in engineering or relative area
• Know the quality systems of such as ISO9001/ISO14001/PED/ATEX
• More than 5 years in quality field, and more than 3 years in quality control
• Team leader experience
• Good command of computerizing and English communication skills英文看写熟练
