Responsibilities:

? Lead the software team to develop and deliver vertical chip-related software platforms

? Define the technical roadmap and implementation of the embedded system software according to the product fields in the vertical domain

? Develop a software hierarchy and platform architecture from the application to the bare metal drivers

? Supporting the SoC team development and optimization of chip computing architecture and core computing IP according to vertical application SW

? Support customers or solution partners to realize the product development of their customized chips

? Complete reference design and demonstration function applications for platform chips in each vertical domain

Qualifications:

? BS degree or equivalent practical experience. MS in EE or CS is preferred

? 10+ years of development experience in the middle layer software development of the chip company to enable SoC to mass production

? 8+ years of embedded software team management experience and 5+ years of SDK platform software development project management experience

? Familiar with the software development process and tool chain/environment of embedded systems, and experience of software development in FPGA prototype

? Familiar with Linux and RTOS software architecture, with clear software architecture with optimized API definition

? Good people and communication skills in Mandarin and English

? Strong team management, tasks management, performance management skill

Big Plus:

? Experience of Software Design kit development for multimedia AP chip is preferred, software design experience of overall product is preferred

? Experience with audio and video processing, multimedia systems, video surveillance, embedded trusted computing, and communication protocol software projects is preferred

? Know about the latest AI algorithm advances, familiar with the embedded system implementation of AI algorithms, experience of OpenCV algorithm is preferred

? Familiar with a variety of programming tools and a variety of programming languages, Experience with GCC/LLVM compiler is preferred

? Familiarity with DSP or GPU algorithm programming, experience of DSP algorithm optimization is preferred
