Job Title: ERP Application Specialist

Job location: Shanghai

This job contributes to provide ERP implementation expertise (Models of HR, finance, outsourced MFG, sales and distributions) and manage Business Intelligence solution to support system integration, costing, consolidation, reporting, forecasting and budgeting. Ensure systems supporting the business are operating effectively.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Be responsible for the implementation of the company's ERP system, ensure the quality of the whole project and improve the efficiency.

2. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the company's ERP system, solve problems in use and ensure normal operation of the systems.

3. Combined with the company's business, optimize the management process, put forward suggestions for improvement, formulate solutions, and implement in the company's systems.

4. Develop comprehensive data system architecture to support the creation of conceptual models, combination models, taxonomy analysis and multi-source data fusion for corporate information platform.

5. Leads and participates as a project team member in design, specification, development and test phases of projects.

Summary of Experience

• 5+ years of ERP、BI and data solution management experience.
• Solid experience to manage multiple, complex, on‐going tasks and projects.
• Rich experience in semiconductor industry, familiar with the solution of fabless MFG process.
• Ability to address requests or issues regarding scope, schedule and resources, implementation of projects, ensuring goals and objectives are meet initial alignment with business.
• Experience in leading several full life cycle financial planning solutions and have an understanding of all aspects of an implementation project including, but not limited to, planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting experience on above.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, MIS related major.
• Proficient in ERP or other related system software; Experience in implementing and deploying ERP systems in enterprise configuration such as SAP, Oracle.
• Excellent database performance tuning skills, and familiar with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and other main databases.
• Familiar with business management process, understand the production and export integration group business.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail and an ability to follow process.
• Good team working skills but equally has to be capable of working alone.
• Demonstrate strong personal and organizational communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skill, both oral and written.
