The job description is as below,

Clients Cooperation :
· Apply effective networking in professional circle to prospect corporate clients for specific recruitment projects.
· Initiate client visits present recruitment solutions to corporate clients.
· Manage pipeline of proposals to clients and follow up effectively.
· Develop successful business relations with key corporate accounts
Project Management:
· Understand industry requirements through project activities such as marketing research through direct and indirect channels.
· Conduct search and selection of candidate through criteria interviewing.
· Provide quality and professional career advice to all levels of candidates.
· Work effectively and harmoniously with other consultants and researchers.
Commercial Management:
· Demonstrate business acumen through close monitoring of business engagements and revenue tracking.
· Balance time between gathering of business and delivery of solutions to clients.
· Handle debt collections from clients in reasonable time

Candidate Requirements:
1. Energetic, strong willing in recruitment area.
2. Understand the concept of professional consulting services in the recruitment industry.
3. Above 2 years of executvie searching working experience.
4. Interest in engaging with international clients.
5. Good command of English and Mandarin
