Service Scope/Content

    

·        Support in Quality Management System (QMS) process coordination, like drafting flowchart via Visio, update process documents as requested by Quality Management Representative (QMR) and Quality Department Responsible Person (QBA), able to answer basic QMS or audit related questions, and QMS documents archive, etc.

    

·        Support Internal and external audit preparation and follow up, like audit agenda and meeting room coordination, draft PPT slides, prepare onsite-needed documents, arrange lunch and other administrative tasks for auditors, record audit questions, and support on finding follow up, and summary of audit lessons learned for continuous improvement, etc.

    

·        Communication with QBA, and process responsible person on audit preparation and status update, support Quality Management Committee (QMC) meeting, etc.

    

·        Support QMS training related task, like candidate coordination, and certificate maintenance etc.

    

·        Support QMR in Management Review preparation, like communication with different departments for collecting information, draft PPT slides, and arrange some administrative tasks etc.

    

·        Support QMR in documents management, like collecting updated process documents, maintain QMS folder and documents overview list etc.

    

·        Other tasks assigned by the QMR or QBA.

    

    

    

Requirement:

    

·        Chinese native speaker with fluent English both in spoken and written (German language is beneficial)

    

·        Command knowledge of Quality Management (ISO 9001 training certificate or auditor experience is beneficial)

    

·        Experience of process development or project management.

    

·        Good command of Microsoft office, especially Excel & PPT& Visio

• Good communication skills with various hierarchy levels

        

·        Strong planning and organizational skills

    

·        Strong motivation at work and great flexibility at tasks

    

·        Sense of responsibility and team spirit is required

    

·        Thoughtful and considerate, diligent and careful.
