- Retrofit project overview management and review the project status systemically

- Outsourcing coordination (e.g. Dealer etc.)

- Organize retrofit meeting for all relevant topics

- Spare parts inbound/outbound

- Work order customer satisfaction management

- Parts ordering and real‐time monitoring on order status

- Maintain PIT/ E logistic system and review/ distribute/ release work orders

- Internal communication with preparation and workshop coordinator

- Workload concept analysis

- Support for all retrofit project and team related topics and issues

- Support to optimize workshop process

- Vehicle EE update support

- Workshop daily operation support, facility calibration, equipment maintenance and annual check, etc.

- Support organization of major workshop event & activity
