As Key Account Manager you will oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

  

You will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

JOB PURPOSE

• Mainly responsible for developing the Power-Technologies sector within Central China (but not limited to) by working together with the KAM teams regionally and globally. (Sector attribution)
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition 
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives 
• Acquiring new regular Key Account customers and improve BOLLORE market sharing and penetration in the market
• Managing financial performance of the account or portfolio of accounts including maintaining up to date revenue projections          

  

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Further develop new businesses within the Power Technologies sector in accordance with the strategy defined with the Management. Explore and propose new targets
• Existing customers: ensure the maintenance and development of the portfolio of customers assigned
• Build up relationship with the key stakeholder across the organization
• Take ownership of our RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, solution design, service proposals, business meetings, presentations and other work related to C&R accounts
• Responsible for projects focusing on improvement/innovation within the end to end supply chain
• Follow up and support the finance and account team on the DSO of the customers
• Weekly sales reporting on CRM (Concerto)
• Other tasks assigned by manager  

• Coordination with network / local field sales
• Offer drafting and implementation

  

• 3 years of experience in 3 PL industry for KA customers
• Chinese Native. Bilingual English
• Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks
• Good negotiation skills
• Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Must have a natural excellence in communication
• MS Suite proficient
• Capacity of analysis and synthesis
• Knowledge and experience in sales in 3PL industry
• Operational experience (sea, air or CS) is a plus
