Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customs clearance of export cases.
? Prepare for customs clearance documents.
? Airfreight booking
? Coordination between warehouse and vendor to ensure outbound process.
? Maintenance export information in elogistics system.
2. Support colleagues on customs clearance of import cases.
? Prepare for customs clearance documents.
? Coordination between warehouse and vendor to ensure inbound process.
? Maintenance import information in elogistics system.
3. Responsible for monthly works.
? Focus on cost to vendor monthly.
? Summary export cases and send to Tax department.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge about customs clearance. For example: trade mode, incoterms, HS code and so on.
2. Experience in HS Classification for vehicle parts.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills between internal Engineer, Warehouse and external Forwarder.
4. Very good English skills in oral and written.
