1. Responsible for new business development and existing customer management, for insurance accounts
负责保险客户的新业务开发和现有客户管理
2. Form solid account plan for insurance accounts and report the execution progress routinely
建立完善的保险账户计划,并定期汇报执行进度
3. Establish and lead quarterly business review process for VIP customers
建立并领导VIP客户的季度业务回顾流程
4. Build and maintain good and beneficial relationship on insurance industry base to exploit needs & business opportunities
在保险行业基础上建立并保持良好的合作关系,以发掘需求和商机
5. Fuel China revenue growth through identifying and closing national opportunities by leveraging existing businesses, existing customers, as well as new prospects, in aspects of new business acquisition, cross selling and customer development, Margin / Profit development, to support continuous insurance industry penetration
通过在新业务收购、交叉销售和客户开发、利润率/利润开发等方面,利用现有业务、现有客户和新前景,发现并关闭全国性机会,促进中国收入增长,以支持保险业的持续渗透
6. Act as a contact and works collaboratively with other function team across China, to ensure fulfilment of service contract requirements to customers. Monitor contract amendments and support sales process to ensure a successful closure
作为联络人与全国其他职能部门合作,确保满足客户的服务合同要求。监督合同的修改并支持销售流程以确保顺利完成
7. Manage non-routine contractual or business correspondence in support of the insurance-client service. And proactively communicate with senior management and customer service if meet any problem, and work with necessary team to solve it a.s.a.p.
管理非日常合同或商务信函,以支持保险客户服务。如果遇到任何问题,积极主动地与高级管理层和客户服务部门沟通,并与必要的团队
合作尽快解决。
8. Lead both storage & solution sales efforts for insurance accounts
领导保险客户的仓储和解决方案销售工作
9. Understand on customer’s challenges and requirements, developing fit-to-propose solution sales plans
了解客户的挑战和需求,制定合适的销售计划
10. Ensure sales compliance process including contract management, uprate, sales performance tracking
确保销售符合流程,包括合同管理,提升,销售业绩跟踪
11. Facilitate knowledge sharing, and initiate growth and capability development initiatives in the country
促进知识共享,启动国家增长和能力发展项目
12.Actively participates in insurance industry groups and events
积极参加保险行业团体和活动
【Qualification任职资格】
1. Bachelor Degree is required
本科及以上学历
2. 8 years (or above) face-to-face direct sales role, Proven Insurance Account development and maintenance tracking records preferred
8年(或以上)面对面的直接销售经验,有保险客户开发和维护跟踪记录者优先
3. Logistics warehousing or 3rd-party service business background is a plus
有物流仓储或第三方服务业务背景者优先
4. Knowledge of insurance industry players
了解保险行业的从业人员
5. Outstanding ability to understand business problems
出色的理解业务问题的能力
6. Very strong consultative selling skills and experience
很强的咨询销售技巧和经验
7. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in team-collaborative circumstances

8. Ability to develop and deliver presentations and verbal communications to diverse groups

11. IT or Project management knowledge/experience a plus

12. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin with the ability to clearly express a business solution

13. Ok to travel across China for business meetings, 10-20% each month
