一、岗位职责

1、制作学生平时所需资料；

2、参与直播课程，重点跟踪学员线上学习效果；

3、课后作业批改，针对学员出现的问题给予解答及针对性提高并集中讲解；

4、学员班级群运营及日常解答，解决学员家长问题；

5、习题课的讲解工作

6、与家长保持微信及电话沟通，及时解决学生问题，对续报率负责。

二、任职要求

1、 本科以上学历，师范类、心理学、教育学、市场营销专业优先；

2、 对教育行业有一定的了解，有一年以上销售经验优先；

3、 有良好的服务意识，工作细致、严谨；

4、 沟通应变能力强，思维灵活
