工作职责：

1. 根据要求筛选简历，对符合要求的外教进行初步沟通、预约面试

2. 定期对招聘信息做编辑、更新以及维护

3. 培训外教，保证课程质量及学生满意度

4. 维护外教和公司的关系，及时回复消息和邮件；

5. 配合团队积极完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，英语、人力资源等相关专业优先；

2. 良好的英语听说读写能力，专八水准；

3. 有英语口语培训招聘项目工作经验者优先；

4. 对在线教育感兴趣，有想法，对市场信息敏感、积极主动，有团队合作精神；

5. 具有留学经验优先。

WHO WE ARE
UUabc is a leading online language learning platform based in Shanghai, China. Currently UUabc focuses on teaching English language to kids between age 4 and 12, who learn English as a foreign language, and also plans to launch Chinese language contents to non-Chinese native speakers. UUabc has 10,000 + students, mostly in China and 100+ English part-time teachers globally, and is expanding fast.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Be a culture ambassador by learning or teaching languages. We believe language is not only a communication tool, but a bridge to connect people across different cultures. UUabc’s first two letters of “UU” represent connecting “yoU” with “Us” via language and culture learning. UUabc teaches languages in their indigenous and authentic cultural settings and also teach cultural contents and different way of thinking through language learning.
