OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION    

A key role in building and maintaining company standards for our stores both internally and with partnerships.  And, this role will drive the execution of special projects and in-store process changes.

Main Missions    

1、Assist Retail Manager and relevant stakeholders to provide administrative and operational support to the team and DOS in China

2、Consolidate various retail reporting and ensure data accuracy and update if necessary

3、Be the interpreter between China DOS teams and HQ on CRM strategies and implementations

4、Work closely with store teams to drive sales and provide solutions to achieve KPIs

5、Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and keep track on store expenses

6、Assist in store opening and refitting, follow up store maintenance issues with store project team

7、Assist in other ad hoc projects as required

TECHNICAL SKILLS ：

1、 University degree in Business, Finance, or Administration

2、Familiar with Retail or Luxury industry

3、Proficient in using Microsoft office

4、Fluent oral and written English

    5、Good communication skills
