Key Responsibilities

 

• Buildup and maintain good relationship with the Disney wholesale licensees and distributors who are at the distribution platforms and channels and who have potential to join in.

• Buildup and maintain good relationship with distribution platforms and channels in the market place, such as 1688.com.

• Support the Disney consumer products distribution stakeholders, such as licensees, distributors, online platforms, etc., to drive Disney consuming products business.

• Manage and deliver the business result together with the line manager.

• Plan, control and spend the marketing budget with a reasonable ROI.

• Manage the service vendors (E-commerce TP for example) of the market places; make sure the output of the vendors meeting the guideline of Disney.

• Search, identify and execute the new business opportunity in the distribution channels together with the line manager.

• Organize and create data reports and analysis.

• Other operational jobs required.

 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

• 3 years working experience is a must.

• Account management or sales experience is preferred.

• Consuming products closed to Disney categories background is a plus, such as toys.

• Prior experience in E-com is a plus.

• Fluent in English.

• Know well about the Disney’s characters.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Power point.

• Logically thinking and a quick learner.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to search new area and dare to meet new challenges.
