? Work on various assignments (statutory & group audit and other advisory assignments); 

? Understand the ultimate purpose of the work required and produce accurate and timely work, as well as identify valuable findings; 

? Prepare meaningful written papers (clear and accurate, using correct grammar and spelling); 

? Follow work programs, and use appropriate referencing; 

? Follow up “open” items in a diligent manner; 

? Use available IT tools in an effective and efficient manner; 

? Organizes own work, and prioritize own tasks; 

? Build an excellent relationship with the client 

? Finalize working papers (including working program and section memos) 

? Perform other assigned works 

Requirements 

? University in China or abroad; 

? Bachelor or above in finance, accounting, auditing, business, or engineering; 

? Good oral and written English and Mandarin; and knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, Japanese or Russia) will be a plus; 

? Highly motivated and dynamic; 

? Strong sense of initiative and an ability to work within a team; 

? Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills; and 

? Willingness to travel. Experience No requirement; Candidate will be considered for Junior Associate position upon the completion of internship.
