DESCRIPTION: The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for recruitment, development and management of the company's Value added resellers (VARs) and major account relationships with strategic customers & prospects of the company in the South China. It is the Territory Sales Manager’s responsibility to insure that customers/prospects receive the benefits of the company solution and services to their needs through our Value added resellers. 


The responsibilities include:

  1. Provide territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to management providing basis for strategic account planning.
  2. Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate the company capabilities to the customer.
  3. Introduce and integrate tcompany's technical resources, VAR personnel and Solution Partners to the customer to demonstrate capability, educate customer personnel and facilitate project management.
  4. Communicate effectively with VAR’s in implementing the company's account sales strategies appropriately integrating VAR resources in the sales process and implementation plan.
  5. Analyze potential problems and address customer issues.
  6. Provide and coordinate post-sales support working with VAR account managers.
  7. Implementing activities and initiatives in line with specific vision and strategic objectives for our business.
  8. Business consulting at VAR management level.
  9. Sales training and development and overall sales management at the field level.
  10. VAR performance monitoring.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationship with channel business partners and ensure satisfaction level.
  12. Establish and promote best practices to work with VARs.
  13. Achieve seat count, revenue and strategic goals as outlined in the objectives set.
  14. Provide market and competitive intelligence to support strategic business planning.
  15. Work closely with Marketing and VARs to engage in sales lead generation activities.
  16. To collaborate with the relevant Team members on accounts that have operations spanning across China.

?有效沟通VAR的客户销售策略,在销售过程中适当将VAR资源集成。

?分析潜在的问题和解决顾客问题。

?提供并协调与VAR客户经理售后支持工作。

?建立并保持强劲的关系,与渠道商的合作伙伴,并确保客户满意水平。

?建立和推广实践与增值分销商工作。

?提供市场和竞争情报,以支持企业战略规划。

?与市场营销和增值分销商紧密配合,从事销售等商务合作。


任职资格:

MINIMU EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years Channels or direct Sales experience.


任职资格:全日制本科,5-8年IT领域渠道或直接销售经验,英语不作要求。
