Job Title: Merchandiser
Job location: Shanghai Office
Scope
Ensure the range of products in La Perla's Asia shops, that the product is in the right place, at the right time and with the right quantities, while supporting in Product Training, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the qualitative and quantitative requirements of product for direct retail
Analyze the sell-in and the sell-out for products and customers
Manage 'a buying process' with logic of allocation of goods for each store in Asia, based on the cluster, the objective of turnover, the type of customers, etc.
Coordinate the orders for every shops in Asia, in timing for the area forecast
Managing stock levels
Optimize the flow of product between stores
Collect the store's needs and feedbacks
Stock sell through improvement
Replenishments
Involvement in buying and OTB
Working together with store managers to ensure best assortment for each store
Family and Friends’ sales preparation and operation
Requirements:
High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
Experience in buying, sales planning preferred
Strong Analytical skills with fashion oriented business mind.
Able to make clear decisions driven by business strategy
Highly organized, detail oriented and can multi task
Flexibility and humble, hard-working attitude and patience is essential
Bachelor’s degree or above
Around 3 years’ experience in buying &/or merchandising planning. Preferably in luxury retailer.
Fluent in spoken and written English
