Project Coordinator, Marketing, MRS Greater China (One-year contract freelancer)

 

Springer Nature MRS Greater China Marketing team is looking for a one-year contract freelancer to support the project responsibilities of assigned work ensuring that they are planned and delivered efficiently, on time and in line with agreed deliverables.

 

The key responsibilities include delivering projects before deadlines, dealing with the various internal systems, managing client expectations and internal communications. Assisting project manager in ensuring the China Institutional Partnerships and Corporate sales team deliver revenue by supporting the day-to-day project operational needs in terms of dealing with project tasks, communicating with different stakeholders, managing systems, coordinating productions, etc.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year (ideally 2~3 working experience) at international advertising agency or a consulting company in a key account /project management position; Have capability in well managing customers’ expectations and working across various internal stakeholders under pressure and tight schedule; Very strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, and good communication and problem solving skills.
