【岗位职责】
- Develop effective marketing and brand communication campaignes for TFS China
在TFS中国区开展有效的市场营销和品牌传播活动
- Manage and suppervise the online and offline marketing program development and implementation for all legal entities of TFS in China.
开发和实施TFS中国区相关事业体线上和线下营销活动。
- Manage, develop and supervise media planning while maintain normal operation for social media platform including official website, wechat, and digital application platform etc.
管理、开发、监督TFS中国区媒体策略,负责运营官方网站、官方微信、数字应用平台等其它媒体平台。
- Develop and execute localized demand generation campaigns (acquisition, retention, sell) and integrated marketing programs targeting customers and prospects;
针对保有客户和潜在客户进行活动策划(获取、保留、销售)和整合营销策划;
- Acquire and interpret market intelligence through market research. Provide independent objective recommendation on products, market messages, and competitive response based on fact-based research and case development;
通过市场调研获取和解读市场情报。在基于事实的研究和案例开发的基础上,对产品、市场信息和竞争响应提供独立客观的建议;
- Drive key research, analyses, and reporting for marketing programs/promotions effect, brand and campaign performance; create and analyze metrics to assess marketing programeffectiveness;
推动市场项目/促销效果、品牌和活动绩效等研究、分析和报告;创建和分析评估营销计划有效性的指标;
- Develop and manage all resources (including external agency relationships) required to perform marketing functions;
开发和管理执行市场职能所需的所有资源(包括外部代理关系);
- Enchance and improve brand images and monitor / report social, economic, and political trends which may impact or affect it;
建立和改善品牌形象,监测可能影响品牌形象任何因素;
- Manage and control marketing budgets and departmental operating budgets with a goal of maximizing departments’rate of return;
管理和控制营销预算和部门项目预算,以实现***化利用率;
- Plan, develop and manage events and key public affairs, relations and communications efforts and processes;
策划、管控重大公关活动事件、维持关系和沟通工作和流程;
- Plan, develop and manage showroom productions conforming to brand identity;
规划、开发和管理符合品牌标识的线上设计展示;
- Manage internal and external resources associated with a marketing program or project;
管理与运营与活动项目相关的内部和外部资源;
- High-quality creativity and visual effect, research and develop online advertising marterial for dealer show room;
高品质创意和视觉效果呈现,为经销商展厅研发网络广告素材;
- Provide marketing support to sales team on all aspects of lead generation and opportunity development;
为销售团队提供市场支持,包括潜在客户的产生和机会的开发等;
- Research competitor, market, industry, economy, and regulatory information and identify new threats, initiatives, and strategies; provide fact-based recommendations and report urgent findings without delay to management.
研究竞争对手、市场、行业、经济和监管信息,识别新的威胁、计划和战略; 提供基于事实的建议,及时向管理层报告紧急发现。
【任职条件】
- University degree or above;
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in implementing and managing marketing and demand generation programs for international premium brands
- Excellent leadership, inter personal communication and social skills with charismatic personality and positive attitude;
- Highly developed sense of ethics and duty.
- Capable of fulfilling responsibility and achievement under pressure;
- Capable of working independently being self-motivated, persistent and focused on results;
- Fluent in English / Chinese speaking and writing;
- Experienced IT applications user.
- Experience in advertising agency and automobile industry is preferred
