Senior Project Analyst (项目管理)

Location: SHANGHAI, CHINA

Opportunity

BASIC FUNCTION

Accountable for executing the New Product Schedule utilizing cross-functional resources and the NPD process.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Make project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, checklist, etc.

· Solve outstanding issues and follow up the process.

· Lead the project team from different function and co-ordinate with different function head to make sure the project completion.

· Keep tracing the NPS- New Product Schedule and align with project team for the timing to kickoff and launch new products accordingly.

· Evaluate the performance of project team members.

· Summarize and analyse the project when completed for the benefit of learning and process improvement.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Dotted line responsibility for cross-functional project team members from Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Design and Manufacturing.

Frequent collaborative associations with senior management and staffs in Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Design and Manufacturing.

Collaborative associations with Legal and Accounting.

Collaborative associations with suppliers.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5 years of related work experience, with at least 1-2 years as project leader or Technical leader in commercial project.

• Can handle new product project independently.

• Have cross-functional work experience, such as account leader, planner, sourcing, quality and project manager.

• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.

• Good flexibility and can work under high pressure.

• Strong leadership and analytical skill.

• Good English speaking and writing skill, good PC skill.
