Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate, transparent and timely financial and non-financial reporting to support management decision-making process

2. Business financial analysis, related industry benchmarking, third party such as potential investor, competitors’ information collection, professional research report analysis, info support to senior management for business negotiation.

3. Work closely with business to prepare for the Rolling Forecast, Annual Operating Plan and Current View Process

4. Understand the operation flow, build up and execute financial analysis and budget control and other related internal control system.

5. Supervise and deal with auditors, (tax) consultants, company lawyers, governors, bankers etc. and to comply with jurisdictional tax and legal requirements (financial related), as well as obtain benefits as much as possible.

6. Communicate with and provide financial data to the American business team

7. Supervise financial & accounting team to assure regular financial reporting function

8. Participate various financing activities (e.g. PP/IPO) and various investing activities. (e.g. BP review, feasibility study, operational review periodically)

9. Complete other assignments by the supervisor

 

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, MBA or Master preferred

2. Accounting Professional Certificate (i.e. CPA preferred)

3. More than 10 years working experiences in Finance function within multi-national companies including more than 3 years at manager level.

4. Have work experiences in semiconductor industry

5. Have strong skills in capital management

6. Fluent oral and written English skills and can use English as the main working language

7. Experienced in building and operating ERP or other financial system

8. Experienced in and familiar with corporate financing

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

10. Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
