BAG焊接技术员

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 一定要精通BAG焊接技术
• Execute rework (BGA, Non-BGA) on AMD CPU/APU/GPU projects with internal applications
• Track reworks status correctly and report in time.
• Create rework instruction independently.
• Debug/troubleshooting capacity to define failure root cause.
• Attend meetings periodically and provide weekly report to leaders.
• Demonstrates discipline in execution of tasks and flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in any engineering discipline with preferred 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent
• Good solder skill and hardware debug/test background is required
• Knowledge of PC products (CPU, graphic card, motherboard) and peripherals (DIMM, Hard Disk, Monitor, SD, SATA, USB….)
• Understand discrete Graphic Card and x86 architecture.
• Familiar with Windows OS. Experience in system management will be a plus. Experience of Linux is a plus.
• Willing to perform shift hours when required.
• Good team worker and willing to work overtime and work under pressure.
• Good solder skill and hardware test background is a plus
