- Systematically identify quality defects in the field by means of statistical data analysis.

- Onsite check failure vehicles together with aftersales specialist.

- Failure analysis and documentation via AG Engineering tools and processes.

- Complete the quality reports and documents by usage of quality data analysis systems.

- Monitoring countermeasures effectiveness via warranty information tools.

- Competitor products benchmark test.

- Executing R&D powertrain quality team’s test orders and feedback test report.

- E-mobility test relevant fixed asset, software, consumables and service purchasing.

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master of electrical engineering or automatic control.

- At least 3 year working experience in the field of manufacture industry.

- Basic knowledge of e-motor, high voltage battery and charging components.

- Be able to analyze electrical related problems independently.

- Precise and independent working altitude.

- Fluent English speaking and writing.

- Proficient skills in MS Office and in data analysis software.

- Good communication skills and strong team spirit.

Advanced qualification:

- Familiar with BMW quality problem handling process is preferred.

- Experience of working together with BMW R&D or aftersales technical support teams is preferred.

因科不仅提供技术支持，还有自主研发的系列产品。通过以往的项目经验，为降低人 力成本，缩短测试时间，高效率的完成质量管控，我司研发的主要产品有 Orange HiL，一 个可以模拟整车系统，并实现多个 ECU 集成测试。另一款产品“OrangeRack”, 是一款能 解决，在测试阶段时无法持续供电问题的一个优化产品。 最后介绍的一款产品 “OrangeSwitch”,是一个独立的测试转换器，可以让 HiL 或其它测试环境中的多个 ECU 做 到自动切换的功能。
因科拥有自己的技术培训学院，针对不同等级的技术和管理人员，制定从基础知识， 到专业方面的进修，再到高级后备领导人才的项目管理， 提供指定行业内培训和进修计 划。培训包括：
