Job Description Along with the development of Industry 4.0 and China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025, in order to fulfill the customer’s manufacture requirement for digital transformation, the Digital Enterprise department was setup in Siemens to satisfy this changes, through comprehensive and perfectly tailored solutions, consisting of individual consulting, powerful software and hardware technologies as well as innovative digital services, the position is tailored for DE project implementation.What are my responsibilities?- Focus on discrete industry digital enterprises and digital factory related technology implementation聚焦于离散行业数字化企业和数字化工厂相关的技术实施- Work closely with customer management, project team, other related departments and partners to maintain good relationship and effective communication with customers与客户管理层、项目组、其它相关部门及合作伙伴密切合作，与客户保持良好的关系和有效的沟通- Responsible for customer inquiry communication, work out holistic technical agreement and offer preparation负责跟客户需求澄清，制定项目整体技术方案及报价的准备- Responsible for solution architecture creation and decomposing, and identify technical risk in project负责解决方案架构的制定和分解，并识别项目执行中的技术风险- Responsible for project technical implementation controlling负责项目签订后的技术执行把关- Responsible for translating business requirements into software development requirements, responsible for developing the overall technical framework and business framework of the system负责将业务需求转换为软件开发需求，负责制定系统的整体技术框架和业务框架- Responsible for organizing and guiding the analysis and design personnel to complete the overall structure design of the software product, responsible for organizing and guiding the analysis and design personnel to complete the summary design and detailed design of the software product负责组织并指导分析设计人员完成软件产品的总体架构设计,负责组织并指导分析设计人员完成软件产品的概要设计及详细设计工作- Organize and document the system architecture. Responsible for the development and archiving of the system architecture of project梳理和文档化系统架构，并负责项目系统架构的制定和归档- Participate in pre-sales support参与售前支持工作What do I need to qualify for this job?- +8 years Party A working experience or Party B mega project in Machining, Automotive, and Electronics area8年以上机械加工、汽车和电子工业等领域甲方工作经历或乙方大型项目经历- Holistic solution develop and implement experience in manufacturing enterprise R&D management, product design or production制造企业研发管理、产品设计或生产整体方案制定和实施经验- Independently undertake large and medium-sized system architecture and design独立承担过大中型系统架构和设计- +5 years working experience in MOM. Proficient in Siemens platform architecture. Familiar with lean management and in-depth knowledge of SCADA. Experience in ERP/WMS is preferred5年以上在MOM领域的工作经验，精通西门子平台体系架构，熟悉精益管理，对SCADA系统有深入了解，具备ERP/WMS项目经验者优先- Good communication skills, strong solution presentation ability and customer service awareness具备良好的沟通能力，具备较强方案讲解能力和客户服务意识- Willing to fast learn new knowledge and work under time pressure in project愿意快速学习新知识，并能承担项目执行的时间压力- Competence of oral and written English良好的英语书面及口头表达能力- Able to frequently travel能适应经常出差
