工作职责： 

1. 负责增强业务支援部、店铺、经销商之间的沟通协作，便于解决经销商销售各环节中的问题，如产品供应、库存积压、促销方案等；
2. 收集店铺及经销商的意见和建议，并进行分析、整理、归纳，向管理层提供参考意见，并跟进由此产生的各种项目；
3. 传达公司和经销商及门店的信息，使业务支援部门更好参与到经销商及门店的策略发展中，更好的服务指导以促进产品流通； 
4. 向内部客户宣传公司新的财务政策，提供相关的培训，以提高公司政策的执行的有效性； 
5. 完成其他可以提高公司业务支援部的各项优化流程。 

职位要求： 

1. 本科以上学历，统计学、数学或数据分析相关理科专业毕业； 
2. 有一定的数据分析基础，擅长从销售数据中挖掘有效信息，并能提供有针对性的改进意见；  
3. 良好的沟通技巧与演讲、培训技巧； 
4. 有PMP项目管理经验优先；
5. 熟悉数据统计软件，精通PPT制作及演示。
6. 有互联网数据分析或电商运营等经验优先。
