职位描述

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责

1) Create and develop QC/QA procedures which are in compliance with ISO9001 and KPI requirement of client.

2) Ensure maintenance activities are carried out under QC/QA procedure. Perform audit on maintenance project

3) Support branches to open new project.

4) Contribute to develop maintenance standardization system

5) Ability to coach technicians

6) Complete other missions assigned by Senior Operation Manager

7) Submit working report timely

8) Quality System

9) Control the operations on the quality & technical aspect.

10) Reviews and interprets all the feedback from the customers to initiate appropriated revisions and improves the existing offer; advise clients as to how best to achieve required results.

11) Responsible for directing all continuous quality improvement.

12) Support provision of high quality as necessary for the operations.

Contribute to quality policy and corporate objectives.

Essential Qualifications 必要资格:

? College diploma or above

? Major in one of the following: HVAC, Electrical, water supply & sewerage,

chemical, mechanical.

? At least 10 years experience in plant maintenance, facilities management or project management
