职位描述
【岗位职责】
1.全面负责美妆护肤等类目的采购工作，并制定采购选品策略；
2.组织完成相关市场调查，分析、改善及丰富相关品类；
3.准确掌握市场及季节需求，制定商品规划方案，准确推出符合市场定位的品牌、SKU方案；
4.完成商品订货，价格制定、售后、付款等合同业务洽谈，并执行合同的落实情况；
5.组织建立和完善供应商开发、维护、淘汰等管理体系，维护供应商资源库；
6.对当季货品销售过程的监控和调配，进行数据核算，适时、适量地调节控制货品，满足顾客需求的调整，避免季末库存产生的销售指导等。
【任职要求】
1.有美妆类目采购管理经验，电商采购工作经验者优先；
2.有一定优质供应商及供应商开发能力
3.具备丰富的商品采购及品类管理经验者优先；
4.良好的职业操守和执行力、抗压能力，结果导向。
