Requirement:

1. It is a 3 to 5 years position. No fresh people.
2. Strong communication skills – Need to communicate with local studios and American/India team frequently.
3. Strong English language(Oral, writing and reading)
4. General/Low level development skills in Java/PHP/Nodejs.
5. Have experience in L2 support.
6. Good to have banking project background.
7. Fast learning – can study from the existing knowledge base platform. And learn how to analysis Ali log service.
8. Can suffer working in weekend (Saturday or Sunday) in Baolong office. If she/he has good performance, she/he can WFH on that day.
9. ITIL certification is not mandatory.

 

Main Responsibility:

       1.  Quickly record, response and analysis when production issue happens, through cache, DB or Ali log service.

       2.  Quickly contact to target development studio or American/India L3 support team to fix the issue.

       3.  Quickly learn from the existing L2 support knowledge base platform and help maintain it.

       4.  Help other developers fix some simple defects in leisure time.

       5.  Summarize the incidents report monthly.

In Addition:

1. There will be Two L2 support position open.
2. They should have different development language.
3. For weekend support, one should work from Tuesday to Saturday and the other should work from Sunday to Thursday.
